For return shipping:

  1. Please fill out our Return request form by clicking here: “RMA Request form” and receive a RMA number.
  2. Safely package all items you are returning with a print out of your confirmation email.
  3. Write your RMA number visibly on the outside of your shipping box
  4. Dot Not ship directly with the display box, or the return will Not be accepted.
  5. Returns without original packaging, must be wrapped with at least 2″ of protection, or the return will Not be accepted.
  6. All returns must be shipped in cardboard shipping box or the return will NOT be accepted.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Discounted Items or items marked that are not eligible for refund, is unfortunately not for refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition,  that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Screen protector films must not be peeled off from Artisul LCD Display Drawing Tablets, or an additional $30 dollar will be charged.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Discounted Items that are noted not eligible for refund.

* Items that are noted not eligible for refund

* Refurbished Products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not

due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you

that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or

rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will

automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

For Artisul Sketchpads: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged when under warranty. (view our warranty policy below tab)

For non warranty items: We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, fill out the RMA Request form

our team will guide you in the RMA process.


To return your product, please fill out the RMA request form and our team will

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your

item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return

shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to

reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Please register your product online and receive additional

2 months of warranty,or otherwise UC-Logic Corp. warrants the product, to the

original consumer purchaser 12 months product warranty period to be free from

defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service, from the date

purchase as evidenced by copy of invoice (proof of purchase).

The Warranty only covers the U Pen and Sketchpad, it does not cover accessories

like pen tips or pen case or cable etc. If the Product fails during normal and proper

use within the Warranty Period, ARTISUL will repair or replace the defective parts

of the Product, or the Product itself, with new or reconditioned parts or products

that are functionally equivalent or superior to those originally supplied. This

Warranty applies only if the Product was newly manufactured on the Date of

Purchase and not sold as used, refurbished or manufacturing seconds. Please keep

the original purchase invoice and this warranty card for future service request. This

Warranty does not include failure caused by improper installation, operation,

cleaning or maintenance, accident, damage, misuse, abuse, non-ARTISUL

modifications to the product, any software programs, normal wear and tear or any

other event, act, default or omission outside ARTISUL’ control. If the Product is

under Warranty, You hereby agree to transfer the ownership of replaced defective

parts and such parts shall automatically become the property of ARTISUL.

Exclusions from this limited Warranty Service ARTISUL does not warrant

uninterrupted or error-free operation of this Product. The warranty only covers

technical hardware issues during the warranty period and in normal use conditions.

It does not apply to software issues or customer induced damages or circumstances

such as but not limited to: (a) The Product has been tampered with, repaired and/or

modified by non-authorized personnel; (b) The serial number of the Product,

components or accessories has been altered, cancelled or removed; (c)

Obsolescence; (d) Damage (accidental or otherwise) to the Product that does not

impact the Product’s operation and functions, such as without limitation to rust,

change in color, texture or finish, wear and tear, and gradual deterioration; (e)

Damage to the Product caused by war, terrorism, fire, accident, natural disaster,

intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance, and use

under abnormal conditions; (f) Damage to the Product caused by improper

installation, improper connection or malfunction of a peripheral device such as

printer, optical drive, network card, or USB device, etc.; (g) Damage to the Product

caused by an external electrical fault or any accident; (h) Damage to the Product

resulting from use outside of the operation, storage parameters, or environment

detailed in the User’s Manual; (i) Unusability of or damage to the Product caused by

contamination with hazardous substances, diseases, vermin, or radiation; (j) Fraud,

theft, unexplained

disappearance, or willful act.

You are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of

acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Our hardware

products come with one (1) year warranty given by UC Logic Ltd. For RMA returns

please contact your place of purchase for instructions, with product details, serial

number, and proof of purchase. You may be required to return the hardware

product to the address provided to you at the time, in which case such return will

be at your own cost.

Artisul LCD Display Pixel Guidelines

Each Pixel is made up of a red, green and blue sub-pixel. When a sub-pixel is fixed in an unchanging state, the visible result is a tiny black, white or colored spot that appears on the screen. There are generally two types of sub-pixel defects namely bright and dark sub-pixel defects. A sub-pixel defect is also referred to as a dot defect.

Bright Sub-Pixel Defects: A sub-pixel remains permanently lit, resulting in a white or colored dot on a black background.

Dark Sub-Pixel Defects: A sub-pixel remains permanently unlit, resulting in a black or colored dot on a white background.

During LCD manufacturing process, it is not uncommon for one or more sub-pixels to become fixed in an unchanging state. A display with a 1 to 5 fixed sub-pixel is considered normal and within industry standards.
